The Township of Huron-Kinloss is located in the southwest corner of the County of Bruce on the east shore of Lake Huron and boasts some of the world's best sunsets and spectacular beaches. In 1999, the former Township of Huron, Township of Kinloss and Village of Lucknow amalgamated to form the Township of Huron-Kinloss. Huron-Kinloss has an economy based largely on agriculture and agricultural services, including food processing, such as the Pine River cheese factory. The Township boasts the friendly villages of Lucknow, Ripley and Point Clark that are full of community spirit and have rich histories dating back more than 150 years. The friendly communities, sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets are just a few reasons why you will want to “stay for awhile… or a lifetime”. Click here for the Township's main website.
