For over a century, Huron Telecommunications has been providing its local customers with phone, internet, and much more. There are 2 separate rooms in the entrance of the main office located at 60 Queen St. in Ripley dedicated to preserving the original telecommunication providers equipment. From the original manual phone switches to an "ancient" computer according to todays standards, and even the original stools that the switchboard operators used on a daily basis.
